Giving Circle
The HVCG Giving Circle
Our Giving Circle is an employee-led charitable initiative that pools contributions from across our organization and directs them toward high-impact programs in the Hudson Valley. Every team member has a voice in where we give.
STEM Education Initiative
We partner with Hudson Valley school districts to fund STEM programs, sponsor robotics teams, and provide job-shadowing opportunities that connect the next generation to careers in construction.
Local Workforce Development
Through our apprenticeship pipeline, we invest in local tradespeople — offering paid training, certifications, and direct pathways to full-time employment on our projects.
Environmental Stewardship
We actively reduce our environmental footprint on every project — from diverting construction waste to supporting reforestation and urban green space initiatives across our region.
